Four months ago I couldn’t imagine that stuff a rencontre then but then the merchantry emergencies erupted and off I went. Sometimes, I finger squandered virtually like a leaf in the wind, or navigating a kite which has torn me off my feet and thrust me into the sky without any warning. But then, I’m quickly reminded that many of these changes in my life are my own creation.Merchantryexpansion is necessary in life and there’s no short cuts when the merchantry is your own. My weight loss plan has had little patience with me and has tried to journey off without me. Sometimes, I finger like Tom Hanks in Cast Away, leaping from his homeward unseat life raft, screaming for Wilson while barely holding on to the rope unfluctuating to his raft which is wayfaring away, with or without him. We all said it under our breath. Pleading for him to not let go. BUSY ISN’T THE ENEMY I’ve come to see that everyone’s life is rented and everyone has their own concerns. Most people couldn’t superintendency less whether I held on or let go. I have to care! This is the struggle of it all. Some people superintendency just unbearable to yell at me to not let go. Others, though they may be few, would love for me to join them in the failure category so they finger largest well-nigh themselves. It’s a terrible thought but it’s how I finger sometimes. No matter how much STUFF is happening in my life, I have to superintendency well-nigh my weight loss plan. It is not a lesser matter that can wait as if life will just let me whirligig when to it. Life doesn’t stop and rarely provides turn arounds. If that isn’t enough, I’m listening to a series on the Fruits of the Spirit (can’t you tell from this post – sarcasm intended) and I’m stuff reminded that my life is to be filled with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. These qualities should be present and increasing day by day. And yet, for me, flipside reminder of my humanity lingering surpassing me. HARNESS THE ANGER It may be obvious by now, but I was pretty wrestling at myself yesterday. Tired of all the voices, text messages and emails. Tired of my pool turning untried considering its a bazillion degrees out for weeks and weeks and I’m not there to superintendency for it. Tired of employees dropping the ball. And tired of going nowhere on my weight loss journey and stuff write-up up considering of it. I’m really not looking for sympathy since that won’t help me very much. I’m gritting my teeth a little bit, dialing in on my eating plan, ramping up my exercise plane increasingly and setting some new goals again. I might as well kick up the pressure a little bit on this boiler. There’s only one way to go for me and that’s forward. Despite my frustration at the circumstances of life or my frustration with myself for dragging along, it’s time to finish this. Of undertow we all know I’ll never be finished with this but you know what I mean. It’s time to push for the finish line and reach my ultimate weight loss goal. GETTING BACK ON TRACK My lowest point was 343 and I’m making a bee line to get when to that point. If I have to rip my tongue out or sew my mouth shut, this must be done. It doesn’t matter what has happened in the last quarter of this year, I need to find my stride then and shrink this stubborn body. This is my mission right now and I must squeeze it when in to a very full set of priorities in my life right now. I’m not willing to be viewed as a failure then and slowly backtrack to the person I was. Not interested in that again. EVER!
