I’ve once pounded lanugo my first meal to quiet my stomach without a long night of hunger pains and now it’s screaming at me again. What a challenging weight loss season this is! Trying to fine tune my meal plan so I can alimony the weight falling off. This is the first time since I’ve started this journey that my hunger has come to the forefront. I’m not sharing this considering I’m loosing my focus or an ounce of my motivation. I’m only sharing this so I can capture my experiences as I’m up-and-coming on this weight loss journey. Every step is new to me and some of them are a little increasingly frustrating than others. I’ve been in the 340’s for far too long making this stretch of my journey a little increasingly challenging than others. MAXIMIZE WEIGHT LOSS Over the last year, we have been making unvarying adjustments to my calories to alimony the weight loss going. My calories for a whole day were reduced to 1200-1300 many months ago so I’ve wilt a little well-appointed with this. We decided to do this at that time considering it was necessary to maximize my weight loss results and it has worked perfectly. We were constantly watching the hunger levels and how I was feeling between meals. However, this was a very low calorie threshold for a 6’6” guy at my weight. To put this in prospective, an stereotype fast supplies meal would probably be anywhere from 1500 to 2000 calories depending what you choose. In some circumstances, you could push that to 6000 if you’re really indulging. I can imagine that a worldwide day for an stereotype man is 3000-6000 calories. Not that I’m concerned what others are doing considering that certainly messed me up for too many years. I share this considering I’ve been keeping myself at 1200 for over 8 months and we’ve come to the conclusion it’s time to ramp it when up. HUNGER PAINS Having discussed all this with my trainer this past week, we well-set to increase my calories to 1400. I started this two days ago and I’m still feeling hungry at times and a little low on energy. My guess is we have increasingly tweaking to do. I’m whence to finger increasingly confident that my soul has reverted and it is requiring a new set of parameters for optimal weight loss. WORKING THROUGH CHANGES Considering how trappy it was yesterday, I took wholesomeness of the few hours of light I had left without work and took lanugo some outdoor Christmas decorations. Just that little value of work seemed to deplete me and it was nonflexible to regain energy throughout the night. I’m sure if I slammed lanugo some of the pizza my son and wife enjoyed, I would have felt that boost. I resisted and enjoyed my plain yogurt and an toasted slice of ezekiel toast. It was succulent but it may not have been unbearable to replenish me for the night. Here’s the positive in all this. I am moving forward and working through all these changes. I am going to reach my goals this year and gloat this wondrous victory over my weight. These minor bumps withal the road are just par for the course. I’ll get over these speed bumps and find myself reaching new milestones and triumphal increasingly success soon. I love the fight and that keeps me going. MORE UPDATES I didn’t have a endangerment to post this yesterday and I have some changes to my progress. I’m happy to say that I dropped half a pound today if that’s plane worth stating. I hit 343 today which represents a very small loss for the last four days. Although it was good to see some movement, it is well-spoken that we have increasingly tweaking to do. I was worldly-wise to yack with my trainer today and we well-set to tumor up my calories to 1600 a day. He shared with me that our goal is to ramp up my calories until I start to proceeds weight and then uncork dropping when lanugo then to get my soul urgent again. I’m going to undeniability this my ‘eat increasingly to lose more’ strategy. MAKING ADJUSTMENTS This strikes versus every instinct I have right now. My mind is telling me to eat less and exercise increasingly but that would only increase the problem. We are going to reset my caloric intake based on my current soul condition so that we can find that ‘fat urgent sweet spot’ again. So this will be a big week for me.
