My Weight Loss Plan -WiltInspired Home My First Post My Weight Loss Plan Contact Me Weight Tracker My Weight Loss Plan MY EATING PLAN OR STRUCTURE So many people have asked me what I’m doing to lose all this weight.Consideringthis weight loss plan has reverted my life, I felt I couldn’t wait any longer to get this up on my blog. This is what my trainer laid out for me. Its a simple outline of my meal plan structure. I spent a little increasingly time subtracting all my thoughts and experiences up until this point (July 2017). I really hope this helps. Simple eating rules: -Eat 5-6 meals a day -Eat within 1 hour of waking up -Eat every 2 to 3 hours thereafter -Drink 100oz of water per day Use a supplies periodical in the whence using the rules whilom and start in stages permitting 1 trickery meal per week: -Stage 1-  Write lanugo 3 things 1.    What time you eat 2.    What you eat 3.    How much water you drink -Stage 2-  Identify unhealthy meals and make them healthier -Stage 3-  If still no progress or progress slows down, start counting calories. Use a calorie counter to icon out your daily caloric needs (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/macronutcal.htm). THE BEST WEIGHT LOSS PLAN So this represents the vital structure of my plan. I thought I might elaborate on some of the details in regards to my own journey. Although it may seem difficult, it has been the easiest, most successful plan I’ve overly used. I say this considering I’ve tried them all. Although I found some success with each one I tried, I could never stick with it. This may be due to a variety of reasons so I moreover encourage others to stick with what is working. However, if its not working, I would encourage you to consider trying this weight loss plan. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THESE RULES QUANTITY OF MEALS I have unceasingly enjoyed 6 meals a day untied from a few exceptions. The exception for me would be if I had too many calories that day and couldn’t sire flipside meal or I started eating too late in the day and didn’t want to eat at 11 at night. Eating six small meals has helped unravel the habit of eating large portions of supplies at one time and feeling full. I don’t miss that at all! Now, I can enjoy a small 200-300 calorie portion of supplies and know that it will hold me over for a few hours trimming off any cravings. FREQUENCY OF MEALS – EVERY 2-3 HOURS The fact that I can eat something every 2-3 hours has been liberating for me. Although my meals have been small and simple, its unchangingly encouraging knowing that I will be worldly-wise to eat something shortly. This eating schedule has freed me from feeling weak when attempting to go from breakfast to lunch on small caloric meals like I have in the past. I would have terrible headaches and squatter insurmountable cravings that would sooner get the weightier of me. EAT ONE HOUR AFTER WAKING UP By doing this, it jump starts my metabolism. It kicks everything in gear and makes sure it has fuel to feed on. Without it the proper protein in the morning, I’ll start feeling weak quickly. To be really honest, this willpower is still a struggle for me but I have washed-up my very weightier to maintain this. My routine in the morning requires that I use the washroom first and weigh myself surpassing eating or drinking.Consideringof this, I sometimes find it difficult to get supplies in within that first hour. Making this a priority has shifted some of my morning routines which has been good. DRINKING AT LEAST 100 OUNCES OF WATER DAILY I began this on day one and haven’t stopped since. I have unchangingly loved water so this was an easier step for me. This has helped prorogue any cravings or hunger since I’m pounding lanugo the water constantly. I started with 120 ounces a day. I slam lanugo 15 ounces surpassing my first meal and flipside 15 ounces afterwards. This usually gets 30 ounces lanugo surpassing 9:30 so I’m unchangingly off to a good start. I space out the next 60 ounces throughout the day, finishing that surpassing 5pm. This leave flipside 30 ounces to finish off surpassing 9pm. This has really worked well for me. It keeps you visiting the washroom all day but you can take repletion in the fact that its flushing out your system. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAGES STAGE 1 Stage 1-  Write lanugo 3 things What time you eat What you eat How much water you drink USING A DAILY FOOD JOURNAL This may not be a new idea for you but it has been revolutionary for me and the journey I’ve been on. I can’t say unbearable well-nigh how important this is. I mark each of my meals lanugo on paper so my trainer and I could review them together. This process has unliable him to see what I’ve been eating, at what times, how many calories as well as my daily weight, water intake, measurements, exercise and plane my hunger levels at each meal. Although I don’t unchangingly use all the features I’ve built into my chart, I find every bit of it useful in reviewing my success or failure. It is a terrific way to be subject to yourself and those who are working with you. If you’d like to use the form I use, please finger self-ruling to download it here. I started with a notebook pad and ended up creating my own as time went on. I hope you find it helpful for your journey. STAGE 2 Stage 2-  Identify unhealthy meals and make them healthier CHOOSING FOR YOURSELF This plan doesn’t lay out word-for-word meals for you to eat. Instead, it creates some guidelines for you to follow. This has been terrific considering I’ve been worldly-wise to make choices on my own. I decided this was going to be a lifelong journey so I largest get used to this. The only caveat is that I’ve had to be subject for those choices. I can’t tell you how many times we would be reviewing my supplies periodical and I’d have to come wipe well-nigh a few bad meal choices. I was grateful that this wasn’t used to judge me but help me. This unvarying towage and peccancy keeps you moving in the right direction. I was worldly-wise to learn what affects me positively and negatively. BE WILLING TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS Through this process, I am worldly-wise to tweak my choices to maximize my weight loss. If the weight loss is slowing down, I’ve been worldly-wise to squint at my choices to see if something needs to be adjusted. This happens all the time. A hot dog on a bun may only be 150 calories (depending on your nomination of either) but the sodium is upper not to mention how unhealthy they are for you. So that hasn’t been a meal option for me. STAGE 3 Stage 3-  If still no progress or progress slows down, start counting calories. ENJOYING THE PROCESS When I began this journey, I started with 3000 calories. This was the weightier number we could come up with when analyzing my soul type and weight. It wasn’t long that the weight stopped falling off so I had to make increasingly adjustments. I’m now lanugo to 1200-1300 calories. This is extremely low for me but I’ve found its my sweet spot so I’ve been sticking with it. Counting calories unchangingly seemed crazy to me in the past but now I love it. I never thought much well-nigh the calories I was consuming. A typical meal at a fast supplies place (Hamburger, fries, drink) will run up to 3000 calories. When I started processing all this, I realized that I probably had 9000 calorie some days. Counting calories helped to explain the problem quickly. Think well-nigh it, three homemade chocolate tweedle cookies  may run you upwards of 500 calories. Then add in a glass of milk worth 122calories! That is just a snack or dessert. Now I can understand how dangerous these large portions of supplies can be to a soul like mine. REPEATING THIS STEP So I’m constantly repeating this step. I don’t believe I can go lower than 1200 calories and still function but there are other adjustments to make. Now I’m in the process of increasing exercise very slowly to alimony the weight loss going. Eventually, this will lead me into a full regiment at the gym. For someone like me who is facing an lattermost weight loss situation, this process is perfect. It has unliable me to move slowly through the steps, increasing the disciplines a little bit increasingly each time. MAKING IT WORK FOR YOU Its difficult to convey all the twists and turns of this weight loss structure through a blog post but I believe this gives you a unconfined outline. I could talk all day well-nigh the little tweaks we’ve made through the journey so I prefer one on one conversation. If you have questions regarding this, I would be happy to wordplay them. My whole goal is to help and encourage others toward their weight loss success. No one should finger they have to live with their weight. We can be self-ruling from it.Suppliesis not that important and the disciplines to unravel self-ruling are possible for everyone! ADDITIONAL FACTS ABOUT MY JOURNEY MY INITIAL STEPS WITH THIS EATING PLAN Learning to eat within this structure is very important. In my first meeting with Brad, he gave me three initial tasks to focus on. The first was to drink 120oz of water a day. The second was to eat 6 meals a day every 2 to 3 hours and the third was to write everything down. In these first couple weeks, he stressed that it didn’t matter what I ate but that I stuck with the 6 meals. He put no other restrictions on me. The point of this strategy was to retrain my thinking and get my metabolism moving again. Although I unromantic the weightier of my knowledge of healthy eating from my years of dieting, I found the self-rule in these initial steps to be motivating. It was an performable first step. I unquestionably lost weight immediately despite many of the questionable meal choices I made. UNLIKE EVERY OTHER EATING PLAN Unlike many other eating plans I tried, this one didn’t unravel my spirit and destroy my will to live. As we entered the third week, he began to tighten the expectations a little more. He asked me to squint up a few of my meals to see how many calories I was unquestionably eating. This was eye opening for me! By the fourth or fifth week, I was told to start counting calories for a few of my meals and subtracting them up each day to make sure I was staying within the limit we had set. At the time, I was unliable 3000 calories a day. Amazingly, I was losing weight! As time continued, my weight loss stopped. Having recorded everything in my supplies journal, it was easy for Brad to know what I should do next. CONSTANTLY MAKING ADJUSTMENTS Over the next few months, we would protract making adjustments to my calorie intake. We first adjusted it lanugo to 2300 calories a day and I immediately started losing again. This process would protract taking me all the way lanugo to 1200-1300 calories a day. I would not recommend that someone uncork at this point. This is something that should be progressive, giving your soul time to adjust. For me, this is a life long journey so taking my time to get it right has been extraordinary.
