Knowing Your Weight Loss Goal - Planning for Fitness Success -WiltInspired Home My First Post My Weight Loss Plan Contact Me Weight Tracker Day to Day Knowing Your Weight Loss Goal – Planning for Fitness Success Posted on February 28, 2018 CONSIDERING MY GOAL Someone recently asked me what my weight loss goal is when I reach that finish line. Certainly, my first response is to reach my goal weight of 240. As a 6’6” guy, this appears to be my healthy target. However, this was not what this person had in mind. I believe the real question was, what are some of the hopes and dreams you have for yourself in the person you’re becoming? I thought this was a unconfined question and one I’ve thought well-nigh a lot. As I mentioned in a recent post early this year, one of my dreams is to wits new vita with my family, expressly my wife. Having such limitations for so many years, and having to stave so many of my passions, I want to recover some of that. I am planning all kinds of little trips and vita that I haven’t been worldly-wise to enjoy or plane struggle due to my obesity. I plan to fill this year and the many to follow with wondrous excursions that are intended to alimony me fit and push me to excel in my fitness training. This has been one of my dreams for many years. Dreams that I would wake up from and immediately finger the full weight of guilt as my reality set in. MY MOTIVATION What motivates me is my family. Knowing that I am removing long standing limitations that have hindered us for many years. Knowing that I can be self-ruling to explore new areas of ministry, or new aspects of our business, or enjoy meeting new friends that my life has been sealed off to. There are so many plans in my heart that I intend to explore and enjoy. I can guarantee that a healthy lifestyle, full of energy, will be necessary to succeed everything I plan to do. My wordplay to this individual’s question moreover included exercise routines and sports that I have long abandoned. Believe it or not, this big guy use to love tennis. I was obsessed with the game. In my higher years, I would grab anyone I could and hit the courts for six to eight hours if they could endure it. When I couldn’t find a partner to play, I would throne out for hours, smacking the tennis balls versus a wall, testing my own skills. I want to explore this again. I’m going to believe that somewhere, in the shadows, my skill at this game still exists. It will be fun discovering it again. I still tell the story to my son of the day I dove, racket in hand, arm extended, and flying wideness the air to return a wittiness in one heated match. There was no concern, at my young age, that I was going to land on nonflexible glue and not soft grass. Only an obsession causes you to be that stupid. CONSIDERING MY PAST I was the type of guy who looked up at a mountain and said, “Lets go up that one guys. It’ll only take well-nigh twenty minutes.” I loved venture and a good challenge. Sure, it was really half a day’s hike that required some real skill and probably some proper gear but I was up for the challenge. So I’m looking forward to what this weight loss journey will lead me to. I can guarantee it’s far largest than what I’ve been limited to over the last fifteen years. Although I have been incredibly happy over the years in so many ways, I have been shut in and forced out of the life I really wanted to live due to weight. WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW In the last few weeks, I’ve increased my calories from 1200 to getting the untried light today for 3000. This unshortened effort, in the last month, has been to build my muscle when up and rev up my metabolism. It appears that I am really tropical to inward the gym phase and whence my final descent to my goal weight. My energy is really upper right now since I’m taking in so many calories. Surprisingly, my hunger has increased which ways this machine is burning. Although I have gained weight on the scale, I am stuff told that I am still urgent yonder fat at the same time. My excitement for this year continues to grow as I consider what is well-nigh to happen in the next couple months. Tip of the Day: Never stop dreaming but be sure to take some steps toward making those dreams come true! Nothing unconfined happens by wrecking or without unconfined effort. 340'sAchieving Weight Loss GoalsCalorie AdjustmentsDreamsEnergyGymHungerIncreasing CaloriesMaking AdjustmentsMetabolismMotivationMoutain ClimbingReaching GoalsSetting GoalsTennisTransition 0 Comments By Todd Todd I am happy with a trappy wife of 20 years and we have one wondrous 18 year old son.
